1970's
Cora Jacob kicked off her childhood
talents of designing and established
Cojac Leather Products, Inc. Successful
in her initial business conquests, Cora
Jacob set up a stable of Companies to
focus on specialized fields such as
production, marketing, retail operations
and global Duty Free retailing.
With government assistance, Cora Jacob
founded the Association of Philippine
Leathergoods Manufacturers (APLEM)
and served as President for five
consecutive terms. She received many
prestigious awards, including the
"Golden Shell Award" and "Ten
Outstanding Women in Nation Service"
from the Philippine government.
